Reimagining Local Distribution for Hospitality

Local operators are the new distributors.
Synopsis

CS Juices is a specialty producer of High Pressure Processing (HPP) products for foodservice. The company built a new local distribution model driven by word-of-mouth referrals from bartenders, servers, and operators within the markets they serve. Cultured Supply built an AI-native software stack that powers the entire business, including lead generation, referral management, and automated workflows for logistics and back-office functions.

Why?

Local foodservice distribution is broken. Legacy distributors operate with bloated systems, hidden fees, and little transparency. Industrial supply chains strip food of its origin, pump it full of preservatives, and ship it thousands of miles before it reaches the menu. CS Juice flips the entire model: distributors shouldn’t be gatekeepers, they should be local networks centered around great products and trusted relationships.

Algae Market Intelligence Hub

Information on seaweed and micro-algae direct from the source.
Synopsis

Cultured Supply was contracted through a USDA-funded program to provide market development services to help build local and regional supply chains of domestically-grown seaweed. The goal was to provide a pathway for US-based ocean farmers to increase their profitability by expanding the market and set of end uses for domestically-grown seaweed.

Why?

Seaweed is used across industries—from food and supplements to cosmetics and materials, but the market remains fragmented, opaque, and difficult to navigate. 95%+ of production currently takes place in Asia where sourcing is slowed by inconsistent pricing and a lack of technical guidance.  There is no clear, structured market intelligence for R&D and procurement teams to access.
